Refund policy

Return Policy

Only damaged or defective Items are eligible for return, exchange or refund. 

If an item is received damaged or defective, customers must contact our customer service within 2 days from the date of pick up or delivery. Customers may be required to provide evidence of the damage or defect, such as photos or a detailed description. Depending on the situation, we will offer a replacement or refund for the damaged or defective item.

Pick Up Policy

Orders that fail to be collected within seven days of their scheduled pick up date will be cancelled and subject to a 5% restocking fee. Perishable items are non refundable and will be charged in full. If you will be late for your scheduled pick up, or need to change your pick up date please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Delivery Policy

Tracking will be sent by the courier when the delivery is on its way and when it has arrived. If orders contain alcohol, someone 19 years or older with ID must be home to accept the delivery.  If the delivery cannot be accepted, a return fee determined by the courier will be invoiced. A second delivery attempt can be scheduled, delivery charges apply.

Order Cancellation

If an order needs to be cancelled, contact us with as much notice as possible. Any products requiring preorder that have already been ordered from our vendors are non-refundable.  We are happy to work with you to freeze non-refundable items for pick up at a later date. A 5% restocking fee may apply to cancelled orders.
