Founded by Mexican-Canadian entrepreneur Miguel Angel Jiménez Reyes, Tortilla Maker is a family business based in Orleans, Ottawa. Tortilla Maker was born of the desire to preserve the ancient method of making nixtamal tortillas, preserve their unique flavour and aroma and expand their popularity.
