Pure Kitchen- Veggie Lasagna
Ingredients: Mixed veggies (button mushrooms, red peppers, zucchini, onion, sunflower oil, garlic, salt, black pepper), Vegan ricotta (tofu, spinach, basil, cashew cheese, olive oil, salt, black pepper), Marinara (Onion, tomatoes, water, garlic, oregano, basil, sunflower oil, agave, salt, parsley, balsamic vinegar, black pepper), Vegan mozzarella (water, refined coconut oil (21%), modified starch, sea salt, natural vegan flavours, preservatives, colour), Lasagna noodles (durum wheat semolina, niacin, folic acid, ferrous sulphate, riboflavin, thiamine mononitrate)
Preheat the oven to 400℃. Remove the plastic lid and recycle. Place the dish on a baking sheet and cover the top with tinfoil. Bake for 50 minutes in the centre of the oven. Remove the tinfoil and place the lasagna back into the oven for 10-15 minutes. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5-10 minutes before eating.*Cookings times may vary. To reduce cooking time, thaw lasagna first.
