Nat’s Bread Company- Stan the sourdough starter
Stan should be fed once a day when baking often and stored at room temperature by removing half of the starter, then replenishing with equal parts flour and water until he’s back to the amount you started with. He should be a thick pancake batter consistency. He doesn’t like to be hungry so try your best to feed him everyday :) To take a break from baking he can be refrigerated and fed weekly.
