Ingredients: Pasteurized milk, salt, bacterial culture, microbial enzyme, calcium chloride, P. roqueforti.
Mariposa farm is owned and run by Suzanne and Ian. They are pillars in Ottawa's restaurant community. Their farm specializes in ducks, geese and chemical free sustainable agriculture. These two humans are generous and inspiring and we are so fortunate to have their products available at Burrow Shop.
