A whole ham is HUGE so we have had these cut into quarters. The quarter hams are expected to weigh approximately 6lbs. Price is $6.75/lbs. Once we receive and weigh your ham, any remaining balance will be invoiced on April 6th to be paid before pick up or delivery.
These hams must be cooked. Roast 20 minutes/lbs at 350F to an internal temperature of 172-175F.
