In 1983, at only 21 years old, Paige Sillcox started Cookie It Up equipped with two of her grandmother’s most memorable cookie recipes and a supply of wholesome ingredients! Starting in her mother's kitchen, she soon expanded to a facility in Aurora, ON! Thirty years later, in 2013, Paige handed the reins to fellow Aurora resident, Shane Smith, who has operated the business with his family since that time. All Cookie It Up creations continue to be crafted in small batches with wholesome ingredients and no preservatives.
Thin and crisp with rich caramel flavour and a light sprinkling of sea salt. Yum.
