This bottle is the result of a special opportunity to make a beverage with yuzu grown by O’Citrus in Laval, Quebec. A blend of hyslop crabapples, sauvignon blanc grapes, and cold pressed yuzu creates a heavenly floral citrus aroma, crisp sparkling acidity, and a rich mineral salinity. Finishes with elegant tannins and notes of fermented white currant honey in the cup. Semi-sweet | 7.5°Bx.
