A sweet sparkling cider made from local empire apples. After cold pressing, the juice is oxidized on toasted oak and apple pomace for two weeks before being clarified and lightly carbonated. Flavours of fresh aromatic apples with a creamy mouthfeel and a buttery oak finish. Makes a great dessert. Sweet | 10°Bx.
