IT'S BACK! Good chili crisp takes time, but it's worth it! Ours takes months of fermenting, aging, slicing ingredients by hand, and building layers of aromatics. The end product is a harmony of seasoned oil filled with a blend of three different chilies, fermented peppers, crispy shallots, garlic, and umami bits. What used to be a private recipe from our chef, is now yours to enjoy!

Ingredients: Cold pressed canola oil, Chili, Shallot, Garlic, Onion, Salt, Mushroom, Fermented black bean (black beans, salt, koji), Sugar.
