Flavours from all four seasons blended into one! Seasonal winter clementines, preserved cantaloupe jelly made with autumn melons from Rideau Pine Farms, Floral Strathmere honey harvested in the middle of summer, and spring elderflower blossoms. Best served on toasted sourdough bread with a generous amount of butter!
