Burrow Pickles- Red Ginger
Whole chunks of ginger were first fermented in berry kombucha lees for 1 year, then cleaned, shaved, and preserved in vinegar. Great for sweet or savoury foods. A classic on sushi! Remember to save and use the brine! It is equally delicious!
Keep refrigerated. 100ml.
