Before the pandemic we were in the works of opening a restaurant out of our space. Fermentation and pickles is kind of our thing, and for the past year and a half we have been working on creating unique ingredients for our pantry. We felt like it was time to share some of those things with people that like to get creative and experiment.
This collection contains a sample of each of the following small batch ferments:
- Honey vinegar
- Zucchini vinegar
- Beech sauce (umami sauce)
- Chickpea miso*
- Chili paste*
- Salted egg yolk sauce*
- Sweet potato sauce*
- Ginger kosho*
- Fermented cabbage flakes
- Kombucha strawberry jam*
As there is a very limited amount of these boxes available, the contents of each box may slightly differ.
*Keep these items refrigerated for freshness
