Anita's Organic - Gluten-free All Purpose Flour
This flour blend can be used in recipes calling for gluten-free all-purpose flour and is excellent for bread, cakes, cookies, muffins, pancakes and more. When replacing wheat flour recipes, they recommend adding xanthan gum as it acts like a binding agent and helps give baked goods structure and elasticity.
