About this flour: Almanac General Purpose flour is a blend of fresh-milled hard and soft white wheat. This is a great substitute for any recipe that calls for a generic all-purpose flour. Like all Almanac flours, the general purpose is never enriched or bleached and contains only the freshest stone-milled flour.
